How it works
Spread the word. Tell your friends about your experience with Garden Village. To refer your friend, simply ask them to get in touch with us by calling 6582 8923 or emailing rl@gardenvillage.com.au. They just need to mention this offer and your name to our friendly team.

This offer is available to people who purchase or rent within the Village.

Referral Incentive Program Policy
Garden Village offers a Referral Incentive Program to reward both existing and new retirement village residents. This policy is not part of any customer contract and may be modified or discontinued at Garden Village’s discretion without notice.
Participation Terms
- Eligibility: GV residents (referrers) can refer friends who are not current Garden Village residents.
- The $250 “Refer a Friend” voucher is issued per residence (per household) and not per individual. Multiple residents at the same address are not eligible for multiple vouchers.
- The referred friend (referee) must purchase or rent a unit or apartment at Garden Village.
- Incentives: Both the referrer and referee will each receive a $250 VISA Gift Card after the property has settled or the tenancy agreement completed.
- Unlimited Referrals: Current residents can refer as many friends as they wish.
- Eligibility Loss: If either party ends their relationship with Garden Village before the incentive is issued, they will lose eligibility.
- Incentive Distribution: Incentives will be provided in person by the Retirement Living Manager.
- Garden Village will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost Gift Cards and no replacement will be provided.
