Thanks to the support of the Garden Village Auxiliary, we are offering two $5,000 scholarships for the Diploma of Nursing at TAFE NSW.

This is your chance to upskill as an Enrolled Nurse while receiving financial support towards your studies.
Course duration: Approximately 18 months

Course start date: 23 April 2026
Scholarship Requirements
Successful applicants will:
Enrol in the Diploma of Nursing at TAFE NSW by deadline
Attend the International Nurses Day Presentation in May 2026
Be available for photos and potential media opportunities

The next Diploma of Nursing intake at the Port Macquarie campus will commence on 23 April 2026.

Applicants must begin their application online so details are recorded in the database. Once received, TAFE will contact applicants by email with:
A paper-based application form
Supporting information to assist with completing the process
Application Process – Three Mandatory Stages
Written application – including documentary evidence of:
NSW Higher School Certificate (or state equivalent), OR
Certificate III level qualification (any industry)
Literacy, Language & Numeracy (LLN) assessment – conducted in person at Port Macquarie campus (not online)
Interview – held virtually with TAFE NSW via Microsoft Teams
