Kerry is Garden Village’s Chief People and Culture Officer, bringing diverse executive experience across healthcare, government, regulation and higher education. Kerry holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Law, Finance and Human Resources Management, and an MBA. As CP&CO Kerry leads workforce strategy and culture across Garden Village, shaping the employee experience for close to 300 employees. A collaborative, values-led leader, Kerry combines a strong people focus with an enterprise mindset to help Garden Village build a sustainable, engaged workforce and support people to age well through compassionate care, support and lifestyle services.

Tammie oversees the clinical operations of Residential Aged Care, which supports 126 residents. With prior experience as a Nurse Unit Manager at Garden Village, Tammie brings a valuable frontline perspective to her leadership position. This experience allows her to support the team of enrolled and registered nurses and personal care assistants, to provide high quality care. Tammie’s expertise in nursing supports the smooth functioning of clinical operations and the wellbeing of residents under her care.

Clay joins the Garden Village team with strong commercial management and partnership development experience. Clay holds a Masters of Social Change and Development and an MBA from the University of Newcastle. The General Manager Strategy is a senior, hands-on role focused on shaping and implementing business strategy across Garden Village’s aged care, home care, and retirement living portfolios, as well as new and emerging service areas. 

Torie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master’s in Primary Healthcare. She has held quality and education roles across aged care since 2018, including with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, giving her deep insight into compliance, regulatory expectations, and best-practice care. Torie leads Garden Village’s organisation-wide quality, governance, and continuous improvement systems, with a strong focus on dignity, safety, and transparent communication. She is passionate about strengthening clinical practice, supporting staff development, and ensuring residents receive consistently high-quality, person-centred care.

Jo manages the communications, publicity and community engagement for Garden Village. She is an experienced communications professional with twenty years experience in the not for profit sector. Jo transformed Garden Village’s digital presence with a new website and manages the advertising, storytelling and social media content creation. She communicates values led messages to support positive equitable health and wellbeing outcomes for older Australians.

Ash leads the Retirement Village team, supporting 270 residents with 24/7 onsite assistance and a vibrant program of social activities. She oversees the sales process for The Banksia, The Cascades, and The Classics, ensuring a seamless experience for new residents. With over six years of experience in aged care and retirement living, Ash is dedicated to nurturing a caring, well-connected community.

Angela manages the Community Services team who coordinate Home Care and Disability supports for clients at Garden Village and in the Greater Port Macquarie area. Angela has many years of experience in the Aged Care Sector and a strong commitment to ensuring access to quality care and support. Angela manages a local team of 20 support workers who have strong connections with the region and community. Chris is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of our aged care and retirement living portfolio ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, safety and quality. He manages a team of 23 staff who support continuous site improvements to ensure the village and grounds meet the expectations of our community and required accreditations. The team introduced MaintainX to streamline maintenance requests and support digital transformation. Chris joined Garden Village eight years ago and has a background in The Electrical Industry and Work Health and Safety.
