There are a few stand out staff in Westerweller that I must thank, commend and applaud...Chom for her enthusiasm, her bright cheery personality who goes way above and beyond her duties. Her respect and care for my mother is shown by little things like putting on some lipstick, and perfume, and cheering her up if she’s feeling a little ‘blue’. Luke who is always available to help, will go out of his way to assist if there is any issues and in general, is a kind, calm and caring person. Bec, bubbly and bright, always has a chat and will do whatever it takes to ensure Mum’s needs are being met. She loves her job and it shows. Daniel is always helpful, respectful and nothing is too much trouble. There are many other staff (but I can’t remember their names) that have also cared for and shown kindness for which we are very appreciative. Adrienne Wilkie
