The Garden Village community team can support you with services funded by NDIS. We can tailor a plan to your unique and individual needs. 

Our community coordinators support people with disabilities over the age of 18  with a variety of everyday tasks to help you live a good life.

Local Community Team

Our friendly and welcoming community coordinators are available to speak to you face to face at the Garden Village Office.

We are local and managed by people who live in Port Macquarie and the Hastings area. You can drop in and talk with us, we are happy to answer your questions.

Compatible Support Workers for you

Our thorough personalised process and committed Community Care Team match you with an experienced and trusted small team of support workers to suit your individual needs.

Where possible our goal is to match you with one or two support workers who will get to know you and support you on a regular basis.

Garden Village has over 40 years experience providing care and support to the Port Macquarie Hastings community.

We have always offered disability support to our residents. With the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme we are an accredited NDIS Provider.

Our Community Care team can support you with a variety of everyday tasks. Your NDIS Plan will support your unique needs. The types of services available through Garden Village Disability Supports may include:

Domestic Assistance

Support for daily in-home tasks including cleaning, washing, cooking, homecare and organisation.

Medication Assistance

We support you with your medications

Personal Care

Everyday support for personal care and hygiene tasks including washing, bathing and dressing.

Transport

Transport and assistance to help you get out and about for shopping and appointments.

Social Support

Support to stay connected with your community, keep healthy and active and foster positive wellbeing.

Nursing Care

Professional Clinical Nursing Care and Clinical Health Services.

Meal Preparation

Preparing nutritious meals and helping you plan your meal times keeping in mind the way you like your food.
