Clinical & Nursing Care
Our clinical team consists of Nurse Unit Managers, Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled
Nurses and Personal Care Assistants. The team provides genuine care, support and compassion to Garden Village residents and clients.
Home Care Team
The home care team offer the services and support that enable people to remain in the comfort of their home for longer. They travel across the Hastings region to support people in their own homes offering domestic support, shopping, nursing, personal and medication support.
Catering Team
We have a large commercial kitchen on site, plus two satellite kitchens. Residents and visitors can enjoy two onsite cafes and a restaurant. We also provide three meals a day for aged care residents. Our catering crew includes Chefs, Cooks, Kitchen Hands, Baristas and Wait Staff.
Environmental Services
Our incredible cleaning crew ensure that all of our buildings, facilities and outdoor areas are clean, safe and free from infection as well as offering in-house laundry services.
Maintenance Team
We provide maintenance to over 200 retirement village homes, three aged care homes and a portfolio of community areas such as the pool, hall, chapel, shops and library. The team of hardworking tradesmen including a Painter, Carpenter, Electrician, and Plumber.
Finance Team
Our finance team consists of Accountants, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and the ever important – Payroll. This team ensures that our business is a viable operation, so that we can continue to deliver support and services to our residents and the broader community.
Recreational Activities
Our Recreational Activities Officers create opportunities for social and physical interactions for all our aged care residents. This team know how to bring a smile to your face.
Admissions Team
The admissions team ensure we have the right accommodation and services ready when a member of the community needs our support. They work closely with hospitals, prospective residents and their families, as the first point of contact for aged care residents.
Customer Service Officers
This team is the face of Garden Village as visitors and residents arrive on site. Ever smiling, this incredible team juggle face to face customer service and phone calls as well as concierge services, administration duties, enquiries and deliveries.
