Referral Incentive Program Policy
Garden Village offers a Referral Incentive Program to reward both existing and new Home Care Package customers. This policy is not part of any customer contract and may be modified or discontinued at Garden Village’s discretion without notice.
Participation Rules
- Eligibility: Existing customers (referrers) can refer friends who are not current Garden Village clients. The referred friend (referee) must engage Garden Village as their Home Care Package provider and will be offered the voucher once 8 weeks of service are complete.
- Incentives: Both the referrer and referee will each receive a $100 Coles Gift Card after the referee completes 8 consecutive weeks of service.
- Exclusions: Customers applying or being assessed for a Home Care Package are not eligible as referrers or referees.
- Notification: Both referrers and referees must notify their Garden Village Care Coordinator to participate.
- Unlimited Referrals: Existing customers can refer as many new customers as they wish.
- Eligibility Loss: If either party ends their customer relationship before the incentive is issued, they will lose eligibility.
- Incentive Distribution: Incentives will be mailed to the customer’s nominated address.
- Garden Village will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost Gift Cards and no replacement will be provided.
Program Start Date
This program begins on 1 February 2025.
