Refer a friend
We invite you to refer your friends to us to receive home care services at Garden Village. You can refer as many friends as you like, and once they have reached 8 weeks of service with us, you’ll both receive a $250 Gift Card.

How it works
Spread the word. Tell your friends about your experience with Garden Village. If they have a new Home Care Package or are looking to switch Providers, they can get in touch and we will help them sign up. To refer your friend, simply ask them to get in touch with us by calling 6582 8923 or emailing communitycare@gardenvillage.com.au. They just need to mention this offer and your name to our friendly team.

This offer is only available to new Home Care Package clients who have been assigned a Home Care Package and have a referral code, or those with an existing Home Care Package, who are transferring from another provider.

Referral Incentive Program Policy
Garden Village offers a Referral Incentive Program to reward both existing and new Home Care Package customers. This policy is not part of any customer contract and may be modified or discontinued at Garden Village’s discretion without notice.
Participation Terms
- Eligibility: Existing Home Care Clients and GV residents (referrers) can refer friends who are not current Garden Village clients.
- The referred friend (referee) must engage Garden Village as their Home Care Provider.
- Incentives: Both the referrer and referee will each receive a $250 VISA Gift Card after the referee completes 8 consecutive weeks of service.
- Exclusions: Clients applying or being assessed for a Home Care Package are not eligible as referrers or referees.
- Notification: Both referrers and referees must notify their Garden Village Care Coordinator to participate.
- Unlimited Referrals: Existing Home Care Participants can refer as many new participants as they wish.
- Eligibility Loss: If either party ends their relationship with Garden Village before the incentive is issued, they will lose eligibility.
- Incentive Distribution: Incentives will be provided in person by your Garden Village Care Coordinator.
- Garden Village will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost Gift Cards and no replacement will be provided.
- This incentive program is also open to Garden Village Employees who refer new Home Care Participants.
Program Start Date
This program starts on 1 July 2025 to 31 December 2025
