Board Members

Chair of the Clinical Governance and Care Committee

Victoria is the Director of Oakden Enterprises, an innovative small business providing specialist advice and services. Her passion lies in the community, disability and aged care sectors.

A registered nurse with over 25 years experience, Victoria has an MBA from the Australian National University. She has a decade of experience as a Registered Quality Assessor for the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission auditing aged care facilities against national standards and legislation, resulting in better standards of care for older Australians.

Victoria served as a board director in a not for profit and was part of the transition of the organisation as it merged with another entity. This high-level experience provided an opportunity to be part of the strategic vision for a community-based organisation.

She lives in NSW outside Canberra with her family, dog, horses and chickens.

Located in Port Macquarie on the NSW Mid North Coast, Garden Village is a leading Retirement Living, Aged Care, Disability and Home Care Service. As a registered not for profit we’ve provided care services to the community for over 40 years.

For more than 40 years, Garden Village has provided homes, care and support for ageing Australians on the land of the Birpai people. We pay our respects to all First Nations Ancestors, Elders and People in our community and throughout Australia. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of Country, and their continuing connection to land, sea, culture and community.
