Thanks to Garden Village Auxiliary two Personal Care Assistants have the opportunity to upskill to become an Enrolled Nurse in 2024.
This initiative aims to address the skills gap and support Garden Village’s hard working team. The positive outcome of this project will directly contribute to enhancing the lives of the residents at the Garden Village Residential Aged Care.
Personal Care Assistants employed by Garden Village in 2024 can apply for one of two scholarships online to receive a $5,000 gift to assist their studies. The Diploma of Nursing course is 18 months and starts on Tuesday 12 March 2024
