Spring Yoga for Garden Village Employee Wellbeing

Join us for staff  Yoga Trial Monday 5th September


Garden Village is launching a series of employee wellbeing sessions this Spring connected to the brand new Garden Village Wellbeing Centre opening soon for residents and the local community.

Yoga promotes health, wellness and employee engagement. All employees are welcome to attend, the bookings are capped at 7 per session. The first session of gentle yoga will take place on Monday 5 September 2022 with Kassie from Branches of Yoga. 

Kassie is the founder of Branches of Yoga and is a qualified Yoga Therapist, and Yoga Teacher offering classes, workshops and courses in Port Macquarie. Yoga supports physical, emotional and mental health and we look forward to more classes at the Garden Village Wellbeing Centre. 

“We’re thrilled to launch this new space and offer staff the opportunity to trial a class” said Garden Village HR Manager Lucinda Taylor. “We have lots more exciting ideas in the pipeline to nurture positive wellbeing for staff.”

Class Information

  • Monday 11am – 12pm
  • 7 people per class only
  • Bring a mat or towel.
  • To book email – bookings taken on a first come first serve basis.
