Twenty frontline staff from Garden Village will participate in the Service NSW trial beginning this week. The app will verify a person’s vaccination status when they check into Garden Village.
Garden Village was one of the first to reach a 90-100% vaccination rate of residents and staff in August 2021. The updated app is a great way for us to keep residents protected as we welcome visitors to see family members.
Garden Village will be able to check if visitors have a green tick to show double vaccination. This is a really positive step to help us live alongside the virus. Face to face visits with family and friends are so important for our ageing community. Technology plays an important part to help us protect our community.
