Successful Audit Aged Care Quality Standards
The team has enjoyed a positive start to 2023 completing a successful Audit by Quality Assessors from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. There are three good reasons Garden Village is one of the leading Residential Aged Care Providers: trust, transparency and thoughtful continuity of care.

Executive Manager Clinical Care Services
A warm welcome to Adrienne who joins Garden Village to lead clinical care services and over 150 people. Adrienne has 30 years sector experience and looks forward to supporting Garden Village to ensure continuity of excellence in care.
Julie McRoy
Community Services Manager
Julie leads a team comprised of 15 dedicated support workers and two Registered Nurses. They coordinate and provide Home Care and Disability supports across the wider community to meet the growing need for support services across Port Macquarie Hastings.
Sarah Ogilvie
Retirement Living Manager
Sarah’s team of ten support 350 Retirement Living residents with 24/7 onsite support and helps people live their best lives. She manages the sales process for the new boutique Banksia Apartments, the Cascades and is refurbishing a number of Classics Units to bring to the market very soon.
Tammie Gough
Nurse Unit Manager
Tammie was awarded the Leadership Values Award to recognise her exceptional leadership . Tammie has great skill in managing and ensuring quality care of residents in our aged care service and leading a group of people to achieve a common goal.
Ashley Dantl
Head Chef
Ashley manages the food production and kitchen that provides three delicious and freshly cooked meals a day to 142 aged care residents in addition to servicing the onsite cafe’s and restaurant to over 350 Retirement Living residents. Ashley received the Emerging Leader Award and is passionate about fresh and delicious meals served with love and care.
