Garden Village has been providing care and support to people in our community for over 40 years and we are proud to again offer Aged Care Worker traineeships in both Community Services (Home Care and Disability Services) and Residential Aged Care.
People working in a residential aged care service or community service provide a wide range of care and support services to the elderly, people with disabilities, and their families.
Known as Support Workers, Personal Care Assistants or Assistants in Nursing, people in these roles carry out a range of daily activities to maintain the personal care and independence of the elderly and people with disabilities and help them live their best lives.
If you want to work with people and genuinely want to change a person’s day, every day, a traineeship may be that change you are seeking. All you need is you, and of course:

- A practical and common sense approach
