Garden Village Port Macquarie is
committed to assessing, monitoring and evaluating the total care
and services being delivered to the individual residents through a
“Continuous Quality Improvement” program, which includes and
involves Board, management, staff, residents/representatives and
friends.
Working with aged people
requires compassion and caring. A real need to care is essential
for our work and for us to be able to cope with the demands of the
job.
Each resident’s dignity, privacy
and individuality must be respected.
